FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What sets Creemy apart when it comes to combining creativity and performance?
What makes us different isn’t just what we do, it’s where we come from.
Creemy was born within TEKNE, a digital marketing agency with over 10 years of experience working with e-commerce and lead generation brands across the Americas and Europe. That foundation is why continuous learning and A/B testing are core to every project we deliver.
We measure, analyze, and optimize every piece of content to maximize results and drive growth for our clients and their brands. Reporting isn’t the end, it’s the starting point for making the next campaign even better.
What types of brands do you work with?
We work with brands of all sizes across multiple industries, including e-commerce, consumer goods, retail, automotive, fashion, fintech, entertainment, technology, food & beverage (F&B), education, and more.
What matters most isn’t company size, but a digital mindset and a genuine desire to connect creatively with audiences to achieve fast, effective business results.
Which digital platforms do you work on?
We specialize in content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
What are Creators (UGC)?
They are short, dynamic, easy-to-consume video productions created in collaboration with people who produce content on social platforms such as TikTok or Instagram, and who have a genuine connection with specific interests or consumption topics. This is a new form of entertainment that builds empathy and connection through authenticity and closeness.
What types of creators can work with a brand?
We handle the entire creator contracting process, ensuring each talent is aligned with your brand’s identity and objectives. We manage publishing agreements for content on creators’ profiles, as well as image rights licensing when campaigns run through paid media.
What truly matters is a creator’s real audience engagement and their affinity with your brand’s values and products. For this reason, we work across three creator tiers:
– Nano (5K–200K) Close-knit communities, high trust, and authentic conversation.
– Mid (200K–700K) The ideal balance between connection and reach.
– Top (700K–2M) Strong visibility and high impact on awareness.
– Celebrities (+2M) Public figures with massive audiences and significant cultural influence.
What is the size of your creator network and what is your execution capacity?
We have an active network of over 5,500 creators across the Americas and Europe, selected based on real engagement, cultural affinity, and conversion potential.

Our operational impact is reflected in:
– 170+ monthly collaborations
– 94+ active campaigns each month
WHAT ARE ORIGINAL VIDEOS?
Short-form videos produced with professional actors, designed for paid media campaigns. Each piece combines strong conceptual creativity with agile production, optimized for the platforms where the campaign will run.
In many cases, we develop trend-led executions such as FOOH (fake out of home), which require advanced editing, compositing, and 3D layout work.
WHAT IS AI CONTENT?
A solution designed to create or adapt existing content in order to scale ad volume for paid media campaigns. This includes strategic 6- or 20-second adaptations, trend integration, filters, voiceovers, graphic design, and the use of artificial intelligence to animate static assets.
